Carly SAGE (Martin) - founder/director

Silver Circle's founder and owner, Carly Sage, has created a dynamic place for local and regional artists to convene, connect, share, and enrich the tightly-knit community of Connecticut's quiet corner for the past 10 years. Carly's core beliefs have driven Silver Circle through many years of success and allowed the gallery to help form a wonderful circle of artists and community members in the Putnam, CT area.


Karen Reid - Gallery Consultant


Karen has been involved at Silver Circle since  the first year it was opened. She has taught painting classes and was the gallery assistant for 6 years. She studied fine art at multiple museums, The Art Institute of Boston and has a diploma from The School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. Currently she is a working artist, part of the collective, painting instructor and now will have a new role as a gallery consultant. She will be helping with all around day to day operations, exhibits and general support for staff and artists at the gallery.


Johanna pike, ATR, CLC - ITap coordinator


Johanna graduated in 2011 from Eastern Connecticut State University with a minor in Psychology and major in Visual Arts. She then attended Lesley University in 2014 and gained her Masters in Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with teens and adults with a range of mental health concerns in an expressive therapies environment and was constantly amazed at the healing they provided. Johanna also received her Life Coaching Certification from the Life Purpose Institute in order to expand her knowledge base and integrate the healing powers of the arts with the empowering life purpose tools she has gained.

Erin Reid - Social Media Manager


Erin Reid began her position as the Social Media Manager for Silver Circle in September of 2017. She is here to help develop email and social media marketing for Silver Circle’s events and artists. In the moments between captioning Instagram posts, she is immersed as a part-time student in the fine arts and theater.
